All within 1hour. To get to Avignon there is a bus very close every 25 minutes and even the regional train that takes you to Avignon in 1/4 h and to Aix-en-Provence or Marseille in 1 hour. On the ground floor, you will enter through the spacious and bright kitchen of 25m² with space to cook well. The 2nd south facing pool view is equipped with a 140x200 bed, a large SONY flat screen TV with BOSE soundbar, 2 armchairs , a mirror, as well as a wardrobe and trunk. A welcome booklet will be available listing the house rules, guidelines, and information, the environment, the places we advise you to see and visit. We accept pets (the property is fully fenced); however cats in the neighborhood may pass through the garden, so your pets will need to be compatible with cats. Linens and shower towels are provided ( except beach towels); they are included in the cleaning fee; the beds will be made upon arrival. We ask all guests to remember a few simple rules that will help make their stay enjoyable: (see house rules). For guests who come with their pets, we ask that you collect their waste (“poop” bags at your disposal). Treat your host's place like it's your own We ask that you leave the house in order with a minimum of cleanliness. Upon request , you will also be able to request additional cleaning hours. Please respect the neighborhood in order to avoid noise, especially after 10 p.m. Guest access Entrance by large gate; parking in the courtyard + free street parking. For night arrivals, automatic lighting. Other things to note Pets are allowed on the ground floor if compatible with neighbors cats. Non-smoking house.
