Nearby Millicent offers a selection of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, chemists, a swimming lake and hospital. Wood heater for chilly weather. The space - Two bedrooms opening onto the guest garden verandah. King and queen beds with luxury mattresses and bedding. Ample wardrobe space. - Beautiful bathroom. - Full kitchen opens onto outdoor alfresco dining balcony complete with a Weber Genesis BBQ (with grill, oven and pizza trays). The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, a barista coffee machine, microwave, blender, toaster, sandwich maker and a lovely selection of crockery. - Washing machine / clothes dryer - Reverse cycle air conditioning. - Wood heater with childproof guard if required - fire wood included! - Wi-Fi - Two TVs (one in king bed bedroom, the other in the open plan living area). Guest access Guests will arrive and turn into their own private driveway and parking area and then walk though the garden and onto the cottage veranda and front door. This is their own large totally private area to which they have full and exclusive access. The separate alfresco and BBQ area looks out onto large parklike lawns but there is no guest access to this area. Access steps to cottage : there are three wide low rise steps onto the verandah each 90mm high, 800mm deep and 1200mm wide. The king bed is 660mm high. The Queen bed is 630mm high. Toilet seat 450mm high. Spacious shower (with handrail) situated over bath.
