New cabin 1 h and 15 min from Trondheim

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Great sun conditions. It is located on a hill all to itself. 500 m to the nearest freshwater (Rørvatnet) 1.5 km to a nice swimming area. We rent out a canoe with 4 life jackets without extra charge, in summer time. Beautiful views of Storfjellet, Ura, Resfjellet. 9 min drive from the cabin is Fossdalsvegen via Møkkelgårdsvegen. Here is the marked starting point for various excursions/mountain tours, see pictures. The space The cabin is 105 sqm and is on one floor. Open solution with living room, kitchen/dining table. 4 spacious bedrooms, good new beds and a bathroom of about 10 sqm. There is a paved road all the way to the cabin where there is also a car charger. The cabin is our second home. So we expect our guests to treat the cabin nicely. Guest access You will have access to the whole cabin. Other things to note Bed linen and towels can be rented for NOK 150 per set ( pillow, mattress and duvet covers+ towel) Electricity and firewood are included. Anything brought inside will be taken out again. We expect guests to tidy up after themselves and turn on the dishwasher when they leave. We have a dog, so even though we are careful with cleanliness, the cabin may not be suitable for those who are most allergic. Driver dogs are, of course, allowed. We don't rent to persons under 25 years. There are good mountain hiking opportunities especially inland from Fossdalen 4-5 min drive from the cabin. From there are various mountain hikes marked. From the center of Fossdalen you can walk to the route. It is now opened between "Litjvatnet" and "Rørvatnet". Great to paddle between these waters during summer.
