The space Welcome to Casa in Piazza, a spacious and welcoming 155 m² apartment in the heart of Albino, Valle Seriana, where authentic local life meets the beauty of the mountains. As you enter, the bright and spacious living and dining area immediately welcomes you, with a picturesque view of Nostra Signora della Gamba. A private balcony offers a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee or tea, overlooking the inner parking area. The fully equipped kitchen also enjoys a charming view of the church. In the living room, a smart TV provides the perfect setting for relaxing with family or friends after a day exploring Bergamo and Valle Seriana. For guests working remotely, a dedicated workspace provides a comfortable and practical place to stay productive while enjoying the atmosphere of Albino. A small hallway leads to the three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a private bathroom and a crib for our youngest guests. The other two spacious bedrooms offer different views—one overlooking the main road and the other enjoying a beautiful view of the church. Between the two bedrooms is the second bathroom, featuring a comfortable bath tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of travelling, hiking or sightseeing. For summer comfort, each bedroom is equipped with a powerful ceiling fan. Albino also benefits from refreshing mountain breezes, which can naturally help circulate cooler air through the apartment during the warmer months. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring a conformable and enjoyable stay Other things to note Albino tourist tax: Please note that, according to local regulations, all guests aged 16 and above are required to pay a tourist tax. The amount is €1.50 per person, per day, for the first 5 days of the stay. A money request will be sent after arrival to collect this amount. Parking note: The entrance to the private parking area is slightly narrow, so it may be difficult to park large vehicles. It is best suited for small or medium-sized cars. WASTE RECYCLING Please ensure that waste is disposed of in the correct bins for recycling. If the waste is not properly separated, it may be left behind and could potentially lead to sanctions from the municipality. Unfortunately, due to repeated incidents where recycling was not respected and waste was left mixed—causing issues with our neighbors—we have had to introduce a €100 fee for incorrect recycling.
