It comes complete with 2 single beds that convert into a king-size bed, a small sofa bed that can accommodate 1 child, bathroom, TV, minibar, dishes, hairdryer, WiFi, bed and bath linens, and WiFi. It is located 1 block away from 15 de Novembro Avenue, with easy access in and out of the city. Quiet location, building with few residents. Guest access The keys will be available in a safe located next to the main door of the building, with the code being the last 4 digits registered on Airbnb. Detailed instructions will be sent 24 hours before check-in. Thank you! Other things to note The loft is a space created by our family to welcome friends, as we own the apartment below. Over time, we thought it would be interesting to share this charming corner not only with family but also with others who appreciate our accommodation proposal.
