Very nice place, perfect for those who want to rest. A haven for those who live in the midst of the hustle and bustle of big cities. It is 8 km from Pedra Azul State Park. Close to great restaurants, breweries... The space Simple, well-equipped house with a swimming pool. The kitchen has a refrigerator, 5-burner gas stove (with oven), microwave, coffee maker, mixer, blender, mixer, cutlery, pots, bowls, and various utensils. Garage for 2 cars. Bedrooms with 3 double beds, 1 single bed, we have 2 double mattresses (put on the floor). 2 bathrooms, 1 social and 1 in the suite. Outdoor area with barbecue area (we do not provide charcoal). A place for those seeking rest. Access is all paved, 9 km from the village of Pedra Azul. Guest access You can access the backyard, outside the house. Road that gives access to the house, for walking and getting to know the surrounding region. There is a strawberry and olive plantation near the house. Note: the first olive oil extraction in the state of Espírito Santo was made on the farm's own property. Other things to note The Claro and TIM operators do not have coverage on the premises. The keys will be delivered by family members residing nearby. We kindly ask you not to use the barbecue to make a fire with wood, use it only for its intended purpose, using charcoal.
