Fede's Co-Living · Private Room · Manila/F
Description
Hi, I'm Fede. Welcome to your APS room (Accessible, Private and Secure) in the heart of El Poblado. My themed Co-Living is one of a kind in Manila. Your room evokes the Orinoquía Region: the llanero hat on the wall, the terracotta bedspread and the painting of the horse at sunset transport you to the infinite savanna. If you're looking for an intimate and cozy space to rest and explore Medellín, this is your place. Book today! WiFi 900Mbps · Self check-in. The space From the moment you see the plaque on the door — a sun rising over the llanero horizon traced in brown and white — a subtle chocolate aroma awakens your senses and takes you to Colombia's most vast savanna. The room is intimate and welcoming, designed for deep rest. The window with blind lets in natural light at your own pace — you decide how much brightness you want. The exposed honey-colored wooden beam ceiling, the same one that crowns the entire Co-Living, gives the space height and character. The terracotta bedspread and lavender grey sheets create a sophisticated palette that evokes sunset over the plains. On the wall, an authentic llanero hat — the most recognizable symbol of Colombian Llanos culture — silently watches over the room. The photographic artwork completes the scene: a lone horse in the golden savanna at dusk. The brown border with sun and horizon motifs runs around the perimeter of the room — a detail few will notice upon arrival but none will forget upon leaving. On the desk you'll find an artisan glass bottle — refill it whenever you like at the purified water filter in the living room. I'll be here waiting for you. What your room includes: • 🛏 Single bed with full bedding • 🖥 Desk and chair for working • 🤠 Authentic llanero hat as decorative element • 💧 Refillable bottle with access to purified water filter • 👔 Wardrobe for your belongings • 🚿 Shared bathroom with hot shower • 🔒 Key lock for your privacy Guest access 🏙️ Your Arrival The apartment is on the third floor — no elevator, just a staircase with wrought iron and wood railings that already has a character of its own. As you climb, the city comes to meet you: on the staircase wall you'll find a mural with the skyline of Medellín — its mountains, buildings and the Metrocable traced with precision on the white wall. At the third floor, a Bird of Paradise — Colombia's most exotic and vibrant flower — welcomes you in silence beside the greeting: Bienvenid@s a Colombia · @HospedateConFede. From this moment on, your experience has already begun. 🍃 Common Areas The common areas are a tribute to paisa culture and Colombia as a whole. The living room welcomes you with solid wood furniture, turquoise cushions and a phrase on the wall that captures the spirit of the place — and of Medellín, the city of eternal spring: "Aquí todo florece" — Here, everything blooms. The sliding doors open directly onto the balcony — a plant-filled space with a table and chairs, perfect for your first coffee of the morning or unwinding at the end of the day with a view of the Manila neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4-burner stove with extractor hood, fridge with water dispenser, stainless steel countertop and wood cabinets with rustic stone backsplash. You'll have your own designated space in the pantry and fridge, identified with your room's letter. Salt, oil, spices and sugar always available — because sharing the table is part of our paisa culture. The dining area features a wood table and Nordic-style chairs, alongside a plant wall display that brightens the space. The two bathrooms are shared — one spacious and one auxiliary — both with the same design: black glass bowl sink, matte black fixtures, glass-paneled shower and white porcelain finishes. They are shared by up to 6 guests and in practice work seamlessly, always maintaining the cleanliness and order that define this space. During your stay I've been welcoming travelers for over 10 years and what I enjoy most is that moment when someone arrives in Medellín, not quite sure what to expect — and leaves completely in love with the city. Although I don't live in the apartment, I stop by almost every day — so there's a good chance we'll run into each other and end up sharing a coffee or talking about the best hidden corners of the city. I deeply respect your privacy and independence. Check-in is completely autonomous: you'll receive detailed instructions and access codes on the day of your arrival and will have your own key for your room. For any question, recommendation or emergency, I'm just a message away and respond immediately. Registration Details 134357
