Welcome to a modern and rich house in a quiet neighborhood Rønvika, centrally located in Bodø. The house is a short walk from grocery stores, a short drive from the airport, the city center is about a 20-minute walk away and the bus stop is 100 meters from the house. Bodø has many great hiking opportunities and several hikes are within walking distance from the house such as Maskinisten, Linken and Keiservarden. The space The house is perfect for families and groups traveling together either privately or for work. The location is central and secluded and the house and its outdoor area are beautiful. The house is bright and furnished with modern furniture, equipped with Bang & Olufsen speaker, bio fireplace, new TV in the living room and dining room, and comfortable beds (150-180) new pillows, duvets and lovely new bed linen and towels that are only used by guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Quooker, a combined oven and microwave, a steam oven, induction hob, coffee machine and around the dining table there is room for 18 people. From the kitchen and dining room it is possible to open the sliding folding door all the way up which gives a 5 meter opening right out to the porch. There you will find a Weber gas grill, seating area and garden chairs. There is also a spiral staircase up to the veranda on the 2nd floor where you have evening sun and views down to the sea. The house has 5 spacious bedrooms, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The two bathrooms are of a good size and fully equipped with hair dryer and a steamer for clothes. There will always be freshly washed towels for you. The house has a large garden and a courtyard where it is possible to park up to 5 cars. In the garage there is an electric car charger. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the whole house except for some storage space. Other things to note This is our private home so we ask you to be respectful and treat it as it was your own. Please note that we do not allow any kind of partying, smoking, or pets in the house.
