To ensure an amazing experience for everyone, we've implemented a $300 USD deposit policy that covers any possible damage or excess electricity consumption during your stay. The good news is, it's 100% refundable! This deposit is requested through the Airbnb app 2 days before your arrival and is returned 1 day after your departure once our staff has reviewed the inventory. We are proud to maintain the most competitive prices in the city. To achieve this, we ask our guests to be responsible for their electricity consumption and to use energy consciously. The use of the base is included at a rate of 30 kWh per day / 210 kWh per week. There is a charge of $6.00 MXN/kWh (approximately $0.30 USD) for excess use. Together, we can make the most of it, take care of our beautiful place and continue to offer the best rates. For stays longer than 7 nights, we have a cleaning and linen service for a cost of $500 pesos per week, which must be paid in cash to our cleaning partner. This fee and service is required to book. For monthly stays, the guest must cover the use of electricity plus the weekly cleaning fee.
