The space You can pull into the generous, curved driveway to see the utility shed on the right, which houses a washer, dryer, and sink. The beach supplies are hanging on the wall. The keypad allows independent access to a great spot with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and mounted television, and a great seating area. Sliding glass doors open to a deck with an outdoor sofa, coffee table, and chairs under a line, encapsulating a pool and outdoor seating area with a nice deck. It's great to have the option of shade and the sun. The new mattresses, linens, side tables, lights, and WiFi make the beginning and end of the day happy. Guest access You will check in independently using a keypad. We are just a phone call away. Other things to note The swimming pool is not gated. If you have children, please take full responsibility for their Safety. Safety is the renter's responsibility. Read and Agree -We have written out the contract with the Property Rules to ensure all guests in the five rentals are on the same page. Smart Televisions /No Cable Subscription - I have discovered that stating that we have smart televisions does not convey that we do not have a cable subscription. Guests have continued to watch their favorite shows and sports events by signing in to their home Hulu, YouTube, and Peacock subscriptions or by signing up for trials with FuBu or Tubi. Trash and Recyclable Sorting - If our cleaners and trash removal team have to touch your trash, you will be charged. - You can place trash and recycling in plastic bags and put them in the black barrels. Please tie them! Please, please do not throw odd trash in without bagging it. ****** Our people, this year his name is Johnny, who manually takes your trash from the barrels to the garbage, not machines. When you throw in odd litter, Johnny has to reach in and grab it. Also, the heat in Florida does not treat odd trash well. Thank You!
