Traditional apartment in a Tuscan agritourism property, converted from an old farmhouse while preserving all its most characteristic features, such as the terracotta floor, the large working fireplace, the beamed ceiling, and the stone staircase. The entrance is on the ground floor: a stone staircase leads to the first floor. The second floor features 5 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning (4 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom with 3 single beds), 3 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room. The 40-square-meter living room is very comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, and features a beautiful fireplace, 3 sofas, a TV, and a table that can seat up to 13 people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and electric kettle. A wooden spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where there is 1 large double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower. The house has a large private outdoor area, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors. The patio, covered by a large loggia, is furnished with a table and chairs, making it ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing. Completing the outdoor area is a large lawn with deck chairs, from which you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the vineyards, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or admiring the beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards. Guest access GARDEN The house has a large private outdoor area, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors. The patio, covered by a large loggia, is furnished with a table and chairs, making it ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing. Completing the outdoor area is a large lawn with deck chairs, from which you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the vineyards, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or admiring the beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards. The entire property is available for walks and excursions. SHARED SWIMMING POOL Guests have access to the large shared pool located just 30 meters away from the apartment, which enjoys a breathtaking view of the vineyards and the surrounding countryside. It has a rectangular pool, with a Tuscan terracotta edge, measuring 16 x 8 m with a depth of 1.40 and has a ladder for access to the water. The solarium, in Tuscan terracotta, is furnished with comfortable sunbeds. An outdoor shower is available for guests. The swimming pool, shared with another small apartment on the farm, is open from May 15 to September 30.
