All floors are connected separately with outdoor stairs. We now open up the ground floor and the lower ground floor for guests to use. You won't have to share with the host or other guests. The house price included 21 people stay. We also have a swimming pool here, a spacious living hall, entertaining facilities and a stunning garden. ---------------------------------------------------------- The villa comes with free high-speed WIFI and washing machine (upon request) for your convenience. 🪑Meeting Tables & Chairs can be requested. 🏊‍♀️Our pool is a saltwater filtering system pool which is less harsh on the hair, eyes, and skin than a chlorinated pool. 🐈We also have two friendly cats residence (Hei Dou & Huang Dou) in the house (live in their own patio), they love to be pet but please don't feed them. 🦽Our house is not specifically built for wheelchair user but most of the area can be access with ramps provided from the entrance of the road. Toilets door are wheelchair friendly with width of 83cm overall. May reach out if you would like to order meal buffet delivery. *Please note there are many pieces of valuable items and breakables throughout the house, any 𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐝 for. *For 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, like parties, proposals, company team-building, weddings, commercial shooting etc, we are happy to accommodate your events with prior notice and discussion. Note that guests will be charged a penalty/ removal from the homestay if without documented permission from the host. *Housekeeping is not included during the stay.
