The space A space remodeled in the colonial style and adapted with all the amenities to make your stay very pleasant. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, TV, and a separate bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas, one with a view and exit to a terrace where you will find a space with a garden table and 6 chairs to enjoy breakfast in the mornings and a pleasant evening in the evenings. A terrace of great style, which combines nature with elements typical of the region. A large swimming pool with a filtering system, sun loungers, a roofed terrace, a granite bar with its grill to enjoy and spend incredible moments (it can be shared with other guests). The house also has a private parking lot for up to 5 vehicles, with a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use (it can be shared with other guests).
