Enjoy this amazing family apartment for up to 4 adults and 1 child in great location 📍 Our 2 bed+2 bath place is close to everything you need to have a great holiday Take advantage of all that the North Shore has to offer! -Steps away from renowned shopping malls in Chatswood -20 min driving from Syd city CBD -30 min driving from famous Manly Beach Yes, you have everything nearby and a peaceful place to rest after a sunny and fun-filled day Great cafes and restaurants at your doorstep! The space Our place is nicely furnished and has all the needed appliances in order for you to have a great stay! We pride ourselves for a well maintained and clean place and we expect it to be looked after accordingly. We can have 4 adults and 1 child as the top bed is child supported only, the top bunk bed has an extra fee and has to be booked in advance. Please note aircon is located on living room only. We provide portable fans for both bedrooms. Travel cot and high chair are available if booked previously for an extra fee. It's important to add all guests to the bookings in order for us to review and approve accordingly. Other things to note Please note : -Be aware some start-up essentials (toiletries , tea, coffee...) are provided but if more are required, you’ll need to provide your own. -The bedrooms have a tower fan - aircon is located at living room only. -To use the smart TV you'll need to log in on your own account for netflix, apple TV... -We do not provide extra towels/linen per stay. If you need extra we can organise it if previously requested for an extra fee. -If you are planning to check in outside the provide hrs we charge an extra fee. -You cannot check out later than 10am, late checkouts will incurs a fee. -If you do not have reviews / or have one bad review on the platform we'll secure a $300 refundable deposit, if house rules are followed and respect at the end of your stay. -Please not that the top single bed on the bunk bed is only made up when paying either extra guest or requesting previously and paying an extra fee for linen and towel hire.
