THE BEACH HOUSE - ACROSS THE BEACH - NEAR AIRPORT

This is our all year round home, an amazing and very charming wood-house located in front of the beach. We love to share our house and are looking for a lovely solo/couple/little family to rent it for any period of time and enjoy this area of Montevideo. Please let us know if you are staying with children and their age. The house will be setup depending on this specification. Anything damaged will be charged. We love to welcome guests from all around the world, so we are looking for a lovely traveller/couple/family , to rent it out for any period and enjoy the area ;) Lovely and charming wooden house with high-end finishes with the following amenities for any time in the year: -2 Bedrooms (Main bedroom in suite) -3 bathrooms (1 in bungalow) -Kitchen with dining room area. -Dishwasher. -1 Livingroom upstairs with Smart TV -1 livingroom downstairs for reading -Garden with palm trees and other beautifull flowers, front and backyard -Heating system for winter, only at certain time in the morning and at night. -Air conditioner -Alarm system -Car entrance gate. -Bungalow with bbq is available, you can ask for renting it! -Parking at the entrace garage gate -Automatic garden watering. The house is surrounded with very nice neighbours and minimarket at 500mts. Please note that NO SMOKING INSIDE, thank you. NO CANDELS, INCENSE OR ANY FORM OF FIRE NO SHOES INSIDE, we appreciate the flow of clean energy NO PETS, THANK YOU! Guest access All the house area is included for the rent, front and back yard gardens. Parking at the entrance of the garage gate under the pergola Bbq bungallow can be rented if your interested! NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. NO CANDLES OR INCESE OR ANY FORM OF FIRE NO PETS Other things to note The house is fully equipped: 1st floor: -Kitchen: fridge, oven and stove, radio, microwave, coffee maker -Living area: TV, 3 sofas all different sizes. -Second room: twin bed, and window view to the back yard. -Bath room: view to the back yard which makes it very bright, shower. 2nd floor: -Main room: king size bed, plenty of space in the room, closet and ocean view. -Main Bathroom: with an amazing view with trees and palm trees ;) -Zen room: this is a lovely calm and relaxing zone in the house where we use it to read, meditate, yoga and any relaxing activity you may want to practice, this also has a beautiful view to the ocean. IF RENTING FOR A YEAR ROUND: I'll describe some of the cost for electricity and those type of bills that will come once a month: -Electricity: something around USD 100 aprox -Water: USD 30 aprox -Internet WIFI: USD 100 aprox. -TV Cable: 45 USD aprox -Tributos domiciliarios (government bill): USD 20 aprox. -Heating system: this is totally dependent on how often you use it, it is expensive if you use it a lot, I have it set for winter months to turn on 30 mins in the morning before waking up, and 1 hour around 7pm when I get home, then you can set it up for more or less hours. Dollars are something aprox. of what the conversion are at the moment with Uruguayan pesos.
