This modern 4 bedroom open concept home sits on 35 acres along the Red Deer River. Its just 1 hour from Calgary or Red Deer, 5 minutes to Sundre and 10 minutes to the west country. Hiking and fishing right on the property. This home has a private office if you need to work. It's dog friendly with a fenced yard that includes a private covered deck, fire pit, and bbq. The space Out door fire pit for your enjoyment. Firewood is available for purchase. There's plenty of outdoor games, including horse shoes, frisbee golf, bocce, and darts. We enjoy sharing our property with friends, family, and airbnb guests. Guest access In addition to the guest house and private yard, guests are welcome to explore our 45 acres that include walking trails where you will often see deer and you just might spot fox, rabbit, beaver or moose. We also have a frisbee golf course and play house for the kids. We may have farm animals and enjoy showing guests around if anyone is interested. . Other things to note For guests who like to cook, our kitchen is fully equipped with all common small appliances, 5 burner gas stove. Baking pans, measuring, mixing and grating tools. You will find a huge selection of DVD's for those cold or rainy days and a good selection of games and puzzles to keep you entertained.
