Welcome to our stunning retreat nestled in the heart of the beautiful Pocono Mountains, just steps away from tranquil Arrowhead Lake. Our air-conditioned three-bedroom, home comfortably sleeps six-eight people. When it comes to outdoor amenities, our house doesn't disappoint either. There's an expansive deck with comfortable seating areas and a BBQ grill, ideal for summertime cookouts while drinking in the breathtaking scenery. The space The Charming mountain cabin is a harmonious blend of comfort and wilderness, offering guests a unique chance to unwind and relax in the tranquility of natures beauty. Take in the lake with beach, pool, playgrounds, and fishing just steps away. Inside, you'll find a spacious open living area with fireplace, dining area, finished basement with bar area & a fully equipped kitchen and play room with ping pong table, pool table and much more .Outside, guests can enjoy a private yard, large deck, yard games and fire pit. Guest access -Guests have full access to the entire house, with private washing machine and dryer - Private access to outdoor spaces including front/ side yard and rear deck - WiFi and convenient onsite parking While visiting our community, you can take advantage of all the amenities Arrowhead Lake has to offer! Other things to note ***COMMUNITY FEES (mandatory, not included in booking price): Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 3+ days prior to arrival): 1) Temporary Membership: $8.50 per person, per day. (Children under 6 are free) 2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay 3) Administration fee: $35 one time, per stay (Non-refundable) NOTE: All fees must be paid 3+ days prior to arrival. Community will not accept late payments and will deny entry if you don't pay on time. We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names. Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall. Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day. ***TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT. Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us if any amenities are closed or not. **Mid-term stays (over 30 days)** Arrowhead will require a signed lease agreement for the duration of your stay. We will provide you with this to review and sign ahead of your arrival.
