Nestled between rainforest, lake, and ocean, this property is the perfect base for fishing trips, bushwalks, or simply unwinding in nature. The Space Upstairs: The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area make this the ideal spot for gathering and relaxing. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a full-sized oven and gas cooktop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a stocked pantry with essentials for your stay. Dining: Opens out onto a balcony overlooking the lake -complete with a gas BBQ for outdoor meals. Lounge: Comfortable seating, satellite TV, and a relaxed atmosphere to unwind after a day of adventure. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – 1 × Queen bed with built-in robes Bedroom 2 – 1 × Queen bed + 1 × single bunk bed Bathroom: Full-sized with shower, bath, and toilet. Ceiling fans and a split-system air conditioner ensure comfort year-round. Downstairs (available for bookings of 5+ guests): This self-contained lower level offers extra space for larger groups and families. A limited number of towels are available – you’re welcome to bring extras if you wish. For smaller groups (4 guests or fewer), the upstairs level is provided. Larger bookings will have access to both levels. Other Things to Note: 🐾 Pets: Outdoor pets are welcome, but please note the yard is not fully enclosed. Owners are responsible for supervising pets at all times and cleaning up before departure to avoid additional fees. 🔥 Firepit: Limited firewood is available (please leave a small donation) or please bring your own or collect locally. 🚤 Boats: Ample space for boat and trailer parking. Guest access Dependent of the number of guests and our guests requirements will depend on which areas of the house will be available. Please note that there is a stand alone Bungalow at the rear of the property that is Private and not to be accessed by guests at any time. The third bathroom is accessible from outside (perfect for rinsing off after the beach!) and has a washing machine installed. Other things to note Internet & WiFi: Unplug during your stay!! There is no internet at the property. Phone coverage is good with Telstra - but some other providers coverage is limited. Rubbish and Recycling: Please note that Bemm River does not have curbside rubbish collection, so we kindly ask guests to take their rubbish with them when departing. The local Waste Facility is only a short drive away, and its opening hours are displayed at the site. For your convenience, large bins are available on the property for bottles and cans.
