Awesome views, excellent decor, great layout. What more could you want in a small one bedroom in-law-suite with its own private entrance on the side of the house. No stairs to your unit or anywhere inside, easy access on Candy Mountain. Fairly close to Walmart, Target and other shopping, plenty of restaurants all within about a mile range. some ADA qualities. The space Brand new home, door opens into livingroom/kitchen area. Laundry room is straight ahead, large bathroom with walk in shower is just down the hall. Master bedroom is at the end of the short hallway and private patio is off the bedroom. Guest access Expect some noise from the other side of the door to the left of the laundry room door, this leads to another space and is locked with a double sided deadbolt so only the owner has the key to this. Other things to note There will be the potential for noise from the street below. You may want to use the fan that is provided in the closet for white noise. You may turn the fireplace on or off to your preference, I have disconnected the heating component so that it doesn't conflict against the HVAC system, so you could run it the whole time if you would like.
