This unique place has a style all its own. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Welcome to Elements Luxury Loft A Frame!! Our elegant property is centrally located in the Willow Point district in Campbell River. The A Frame rests directly across from the ocean with a direct view of the Quadra Island lighthouse. We did a big renovation to make this our dream home in 2018. We built it for our family but love to host it in the summer months as we are often traveling and stay in our other suite. The space The A Frame: A two story house with master bedroom on top floor. It's an open concept living and kitchen area with a large kitchen and living room looking out at the ocean. Go outside from the kitchen to the backyard and large deck overlooking the ocean, mountains, and beautiful views of Quadra Island. We also have a beautiful cedar sauna that fits up to 6 people looking over the creek out back!! You can message to reserve 90 min time slots! A fee$ and consent form must be signed before going into the sauna Appointments are welcome upon availability for the sauna. Just message the host to book your space. This A Frame was built with heart and soul! We put many custom wood finishes in the suite to make it reflect our beautiful West Coast location and true Campbell River feel. This space is stylish and new with high-end finishes! 14 giant windows that look right out onto the water! We designed the home to comfortably accommodate up to groups of 6 people. In the A Frame you will have everything you need to feel at home away from home. The A Frame features a laundry room for you to use while you stay, with an array of natural cleaning products to keep the place fresh and clean. If you enjoy cooking then you will love the kitchen in this place!!! The space features calming views of the ocean in the front, looking over the deck from the large kitchen which exhibits sights of cruise ships or orca pods passing by, and a relaxing scenery of Simms Creek, a natural and protected fish spawning run for our local salmon, in the rear of the property. The back yard is fully fenced with a fire pit when allowed fires. The suite also features comforts for younger children; a highchair and pack & play crib are available upon request. Young children will have to be monitored at all times when on the second floor of the suite, or going up the stairs. Guest access The A Frame features ample parking space right outside the front door. Small Trailer and boat accessibility upon request. Other things to note Campbell River is known for many attractions and is known as The Salmon Capital of the World! Our Loft House is only a 40 min drive to the slopes or trails of Mount Washington, a favourite destination for winter sports, bike trails or summer hikes! If you want to walk on some sandy beaches or ocean trails, we are only a short 20 min drive to popular Miracle Beach or Stories Beach. If you prefer freshwater excitement, you are in luck! We are surrounded by beautiful lakes, rivers and swimming spots just a few short minutes from the downtown area. The A Frame is located on a beautiful sea walk.. which shows the luxury coast.
