Homemade treats included & light continental first morning breakfast with tea and coffee The space The Garden Studio is a quiet, private space where you can base yourself to explore the Mendips, Bristol, Bath, Weston-Super-Mare, Burnham on Sea, Cheddar, Axbridge and much, much more. The walking routes are too numerous to mention around this beautiful area, Crook Peak is right on our door step and Ebbor Gorge National Reserve is also near by. Or, if you prefer, bring/hire bicycles and explore the nearby Strawberry Cycle Path plus there are many cycle routes from the property on very quiet country lanes, bikes can be securely stored on site. Cheddar, Wookey Hole, Chew Valley Lakes, Burnham on Sea - this has dunes with an extensive beach, these are all approx 20 minutes away by car, also visit Weston-Super-Mare for a traditional seaside day out or, take the scenic route to stunning Bath with its Georgian architecture and, of course, The Royal Crescent. If you like visiting gardens there are many in the area including Yeo Valley Organic Garden and Cafe, Blagdon. We are 20 mins from Bristol Airport and 20 mins from Wells and approximately 30 mins from Glastonbury. Local pubs can be found in Cross, Axbridge and Wedmore. If it’s a day’s shopping you need, Clarke’s Village Outlet is only 20 minutes away for everything you need, also Bath and Cribbs Causeway and approximately 45 mins away. There is plenty of space to park a trailer or boat and also a secure lockup to store motorbikes or cycles should you wish to. Guest access Private entrance, private patio area with a beautiful view with just the sounds of the birds and a few sheep and cows! Other things to note We have recently added an air fryer to the kitchenette and there is a TV in the lounge area which has Netflix and Amazon Prime and there is also another TV in the bedroom which offer the same options as the one in the lounge. There is also underfloor heating in addition to central heating.
