The space As you step into our property you will see it is bathed in light which makes using the laundry and modern kitchen a pleasure. A central island bench adds to the romance of this area where you can have a glass of wine and nibbles whilst preparing dinner using the fully equipped kitchen or a morning coffee using the Nespresso machine. The kitchen flows into the dining/living space. The complete wall of bifold glass doors that lead onto the outdoor and park areas make an excellent space to relax and enjoy the ambience of this unique property. Upstairs the master bedroom has a glorious outlook of the essentially private, heavily treed park. The second bedroom has a large window over looking the back garden. Each bedroom and living area have split system air conditioners for you to enjoy. For those requiring a desk to work at whilst staying at the property, on request a desk can be put upstairs in the principal bedroom alcove overlooking the park. Unfortunately the property is not suitable for walking babies and children under the age of 4 due to the nature of the internal staircase area. Portacot available upon request for young babies.
