Laconia House is a newly remodeled, open concept, three-bedroom, 2-bathroom (shower only, no tub), coastal home located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The home has a large, covered spring porch and attached lanai that houses a luxurious in ground, heated, spa. It has beautiful, comfortable furnishings and interior and exterior seating with beach decor. The home has a large lawn, and natural landscaping to provide a private back yard. The garage has a pool table for guest use. The space The master bedroom is very large and has its own direct access into the lanai/in ground spa. It also has an attached ensuite bathroom equipped with a large, walk in shower, double sinks, a separate vanity mirror and a separate toilet room with a door. It has its own walk-in closet with full length mirror. There is a private bathroom between the guest bedrooms on the east side of the home with a step in tiled shower, toilette and sink. The home does not have a bathtub. The north guest bathroom has a double sized bed, and the south bedroom has a queen-sized bed. All the bedrooms have brand new I-Serta comfort mattresses and USB charging ports in bedside lamps and in plug in wall surge protectors with additional charging ports. There are Roku TV's in all the bedrooms and in the living room for guest use. The home has separate kitchen and dining areas, both table and bar top seating. It has a spacious living room with large, new leather sectional which houses three recliner sections. The landscape, spa, and lanai lights are all Wi-fi and set on schedules to turn on and off from sunset to 11:30pm. *Safety Considerations* The house is not child proofed and may not be suitable for young children. *Security Blink Cameras* The home has Blink recording security cameras at every external entry door of the home and lanai. There is no recording or visualization of any living space. *The Garage has a pool table and the beach chairs, coolers, umbrella for guest use. Guest access The home is equipped with a wi-fi lock and guests will receive a personalized entry code 2 days prior to their check in date and time. The code will allow access to the home up to 1 hour before check in and up to the time of check out. *The Garage has a pool table for guest use. It is not available for parking.
