Peaceful neighborhood, Ten minutes walk to grocery store and gym. Three minutes walk to Bank, Pizza restaurant, fresh Belizean breakfast & lunch, Fifteen minutes exercise walk or bike ride to the Caribbean Sea. The main highway going to the International Airport or the Northern border with Mexico, is three minutes walk if you want to catch the bus. Seven minutes cab ride to downtown and the water- taxi to the islands, or twenty minutes walk. The space The apartment is fully equipped with everything that a home would have. Guest access Guests get to access the entire apartment by themselves, whether it's one person or three persons, but even though it's a two bedroom dwelling, the base price is for ONE GUEST ONLY, and each additional guest is an additional $20 USD per person, per night. THIS IS A STRICT RULE Other things to note There are ceiling fans and standing fans only in the house. Air Conditioner is not listed as part of the package in the listing.
