The space The house is located in Estancia Los Ñires, a gated community located on Route 62, on the way to Lake Lolog. It is located on the mountain's foothills and is accessed by a dirt road. The house has the following features: - you enter through a cold hall where there are coat racks to leave outerwear and footwear used outside, as well as a toilet. - then you enter a hallway. On the left is the living room, dining room and kitchen and on the right the en-suite bedrooms. - The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, oven, stove with electric and gas burners, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and a wide variety of dishes and kitchen utensils. - The living/dining room has a large table with seating for 8 people, an L-shaped armchair, a low table and a smart TV. - From both the kitchen and the living/dining room, you can access a deck where the grill and a counter with a sink are located. - To the right of the cold hall are two large en-suite bedrooms, one with a closet and the other with a dressing room. The bedrooms feature roller sunscreen and blackout curtains. The bathrooms are spacious and have a toilet, bidet and shower. - connected to the kitchen is the access to the garage and the ground floor of the house where the laundry room and a third en-suite bedroom are located, also with roller sunscreen and blackout curtains and a large bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. - The laundry room has a washing machine and countertops. - The garage is spacious and allows access for large vans. It is accessed both from inside the house and from outside through an automated gate. Guest access Guests can use the entire place. If 2 or 4 guests are staying, guests do not have access to the ground floor room. Other things to note The house is a mountain house, located 1000 meters above sea level, in a forest and mountain environment in Argentine Patagonia. Access is via a sloping, rippled mountain road. The house is away from shopping centers or shops, as it is located in a rugged environment. However, it is 7 kilometers from downtown San Martín de los Andes, where you can access a wide range of commercial and gastronomic options. The house, located on a 2500 square meter lot, is ideal for those looking for tranquility, rest and to enjoy nature. Its location 5 kilometers from Lake Lolog makes it an ideal point in summer to enjoy its beaches a few minutes from the house and, in winter, enjoy the snow in the surroundings of the house and walks in the forest. The house has all the amenities, electricity, water, bottled gas and WiFi. In winter, the low temperatures make the environment very cold and this may require guests to supplement the heating of the house (by radiant slab) with a wood stove located in the living room.
