Cozy, traditional cottage on the shore of a calm and clean-water lake, an hour's drive from Helsinki. The cottage is equipped with a touch of comfort; an indoor toilet, hot and cold tap water and a well-equipped kitchen bring ease to your holiday. The cottage is on the sunny west shore and you can dive into the water from your own jetty or take a rowing, canoeing or fishing trip to the lake. The front yard has space for activities or just a relaxing stay in a hammock or under a canopy by the dining area. The space Summer cottage 69m2 with one bedroom with double bed, combined living room and dining area, kitchen and indoor toilet. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 people. In the living room, in front of the fireplace, there is a sofa bed 140 cm wide. The living room has blackout curtains. The kitchen is well equipped and there is tableware for four. There is also a summer room of about 12m2 in a separate building at the back of the yard, which is comfortably cool in the heat. There's a bed for two. The summer room is available from June 15th-15.8. In the main building there is a wood-heated sauna with a shower for washing. There is a dressing room in connection with the sauna, with a hand wash basin with warm water. The cottage and the separate summer room have good and clean indoor air. Private beach in the backyard, you can take a dip from the dock. Large front yard with dining area and swing. On the lake side, a narrow terrace almost the width of the house with a small table and chairs. Electric smoker in use, as well as a large charcoal ball grill. The water comes from its own well. Tap water is potable, last inspected in autumn 2024. The rent also includes access to two bicycles (one for men, one for women), a rowboat, life jackets (adults 50-70kg, 4x children (2x10-20kg, 15-30kg and 30-40kg), 1x baby life jacket (0-10kg), two SUP boards, fishing gear (hooks, whirligig) and electricity and firewood. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, so a car makes it easier to vacation. The nearest bus stop (to Turku and Helsinki) is about 5 km away. From the center of Helsinki, the drive to the cottage is about 54 km, from Helsinki-Vantaa airport about 56 km. Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price. Available for rent at 15€/person. Cleaning is not included in the price. Final cleaning can be done by yourself or purchased for €100. Electric cars cannot be charged at the property. Guest access Guests are free to stay on the property and in the cottage. Other things to note We do not rent the cottage for parties or bachelor parties. The neighbors are vacationers who enjoy their own peace and quiet and the tranquility of nature. We also want to maintain a peaceful environment and vacationing for everyone. Dogs cannot sleep on the bed or on the sofa due to the possibility of allergies to other guests. The tenant cannot bring additional guests to stay overnight during the rental period without a separate agreement. Electric cars cannot be charged at the property.
