The space This unique property has a Huge Pool, a Banquette hall with a commercial sized kitchen and bar, and 3 independent units all with bathrooms attached. There is a stand alone 1 bedroom house with a kitchenette, and a duplex with kitchenettes. There is tons of outdoor space. The pool has a huge covered area and bathrooms and the horse stables have their own bathroom (there are no horses there and the stables are very clean). The pricing you see is if smaller groups that are sleeping at the property so contact us for more information about hosting a larger event. Guest access Guest Access is to the Entire Property (except owners unit) Other things to note Local/ On-Island bookings will be approved on a case by case basis We will always try to accommodate an early checkin request but because this is a large and busy listing that will not always be possible. Please be sure to enter in your correct amount of guests when booking. We have propane cylinders on site however we do not refill or provide the gas. Our guidebook contains easy locations to swap out the tanks.
