Glan-Y-Don Cottage Harbour Front

Glan -Y - Don is a sea front, 3bedroom & 3bathroom (one located downstairs), dog friendly cottage in North Wales. I was fortunate to grow up in this special home and village. My family and I, now based in North Carolina always love to come back! There are two very comfortable living rooms, a dining room, and a large kitchen. The view of the bay and the mountains beyond from the front rooms is unbeatable. Enjoy an easy walk to the numerous small sandy bays, quiet coves or to Porthmadog. The space This is a very peaceful, comfortable property to relax in. with a superb location within the village. We carried out improvements to the property to provide a totally new Kitchen area and Sunroom to the rear of the property. I have to advise that the stairs to the upper floor (3 bedrooms and general bathroom and an en-suite to one of the bedrooms) have to be accessed by the stairs which are the original stairs (from about 1860 ... but with newer carpet!) and relatively steep so may be a problem for someone with physical mobility issues. Also the Sunroom is open from the kitchen but to access the Sunroom is via 3 "open" steps which may be difficult for someone with a physical mobility issue: just highlighting that if it may be an issue for any of your group! Other things to note We have a parking spot for one car behind the garage. The street parking is first come, first served. The laundry room with washer and dryer is at the back of the house.
