It impresses with its well thought-out design down to the smallest detail as well as its Mediterranean style. The residence comprises 5 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom (plus 1 extra bed + 1 travel crib), where 2 of the rooms each offer balcony access and 1 room offers access to the upper area of the conservatory. Each of the light-flooded and stylishly furnished rooms is equipped with a large flat-screen TV. Fast Internet is guaranteed in every room via Wi-Fi. The house has 3 bathrooms, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a large impressive living area. If necessary, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing utensils can be used. A sauna with a relaxation room is available and can be used for an extra charge. Sunroom A special feature of the villa is the conservatory with huge palm trees, which enchants with its southern flair and invites you to relax and dream. Spacious outdoor area The center of the outdoor area is a small garden house with a cozy bar including TV. A large terrace with various seating and lounging options, parasol, outdoor fireplace, barbecue and fire bowl offer the user numerous relaxation options in the open air. Other things to note Arrival and departure: Our accommodation at 01477 Arnsdorf, Weststraße 4 (Villa Toscana) is available to you from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Departure takes place after the apartment has been checked out and the keys returned no later than 11:00 am or by appointment. We hope you enjoy your destination with us in Arnsdorf and wish you a pleasant stay. The comprehensive final cleaning of the apartment is carried out according to our agreement after your departure by our cleaning service. However, we ask that you remove larger stains in advance. We hope that our villa will be left in a clean condition and with clean dishes (starting the dishwasher on departure is no problem) upon your departure. We provide you with a key for each room that also fits all house entrances as well as a remote control for the gate and ask you to handle it carefully.
