COMMON AREAS: You have access to the living room with HD TV, the 4-seat dining room, the kitchen and the laundry area. 🏠 🍳 The kitchen has a gas stove with a direct gas line, the necessary utensils to prepare your food, a kettle, fine melamine dishes, a blender, and a refrigerator. Laundry area with good ventilation, so clothes dry quickly. 🧦 We offer cleaning service for bookings longer than 7 days to make your stay more comfortable. 🧽 The entrance to the gated apartment complex, Mirador de Piamonte, is on Avenida Kevin Ángel, a couple of blocks from the Plaza Mall🏢. Near the complex, you can explore Peralonso, a typical and safe neighborhood in the city of Manizales. There you will find a supermarket, 🥭 a shop selling vegetables, fruits and fresh cheeses, a drugstore, fast food, hairdressers, a hardware store, a private gym, and an outdoor gym🏋️🏋🏻‍♀️ At the entrance of the complex, you can board the bus to the city center.🚍 Across the avenue, you can catch the bus that will take you to the El Cable sector, the La Enea neighborhood and the El Gallinazo village. The rates are inexpensive, approximately USD 1 🚖 You can also request taxi service at the front desk. It will pick you up at the complex. . . Connect it before using it.
