The space More than just a cabin, the Pinecrest Perch is your thoughtfully curated haven. This adorable two-bedroom retreat provides all the comforts of home, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. BEDROOMS: Master retreat--The spacious primary bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and a twin-size daybed, both offering high-quality mattresses and soft linens for your comfort. A portable air conditioning unit ensures a cool night's sleep, even on warm days. Need to stay connected while traveling? The convenient desk and fast Wi-Fi have you covered. Step outside onto your private deck and soak in the fresh mountain air with a cup of coffee, listening to birdsong and watching deer graze on the hillside. Unwind after a day of adventure with a movie on the 65-inch Smart TV with Roku, or cozy up by the inviting wood-burning fireplace. We've provided other amenities for your convenience, including a full-length mirror, nightstands with USB port lamps, a spacious closet with hangers, a luggage rack, a tower fan, and a space heater. Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered! The closet is stocked with children's essentials, including a baby bath, pack-and-play, high chair, blankets, and outlet covers. Bunk room--The second bedroom is a sweet dreams haven for the whole crew. Bunk beds with two full-size beds and a twin-size trundle comfortably accommodate a family or group of friends. We've provided cozy bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep for everyone. Keep the kids entertained with a selection of children's books and toys provided in this room. They can also enjoy their favorite shows on the 28-inch TV with Roku. The closet offers a small dresser for storage, along with hangers, a luggage rack, a space heater, and a tower fan for added comfort. Blackout curtains ensure a restful sleep, and the shared bathroom is easily accessible from this room. KITCHEN: Whip up culinary masterpieces in our fully-equipped kitchen. We've provided everything you need to create delicious meals, from savory dishes to decadent desserts. Unleash your inner chef with a 5-burner gas range, ideal for perfecting your signature dishes. Plus, a microwave, toaster, blender, stand mixer, and waffle maker are at your disposal for quick breakfasts, after-dinner treats, or fun family baking sessions. We also provide a set of children's plates, bowls, and cups to ensure mealtime is easy for everyone. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cabin’s living space, to include laundry room. The garage will not be accessible. Other things to note Four-wheel or all-wheel drive highly suggested for the months of Nov-Mar. While our road and the roads surrounding our cabin are plowed, we're in the trees so snow can linger. Refunds will not be given for snow/winter weather impacts. Both bedrooms are located on the lower level and require the use of either interior or exterior stairs for access. The cabin is located on a maintained dirt road. Cars can kick up dirt, which settles on exterior furniture despite cleanings before each guests’ arrival. There is limited firewood available on site and it can freeze together during cold weather, making it difficult to handle. The nearby grocery store and ACE hardware both sell dry firewood.
