Terrific Tabernash Townhouse w/ Hot Tub!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom mountain retreat! This newly built townhouse is perfectly set up to allow two families to enjoy time together after enjoying the great outdoors. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a large deck with an outdoor dining table, a cosy gas fireplace with board games provided and a walkout basement. There is also a private hot tub for you to soak in all the views, and a secure garage to secure your ski / snowboard / biking gear. The space INSIDE *Main Floor On the main floor there is a powder room and open plan living / kitchen / dining room. The kitchen is well stocked, including a Keurig coffee maker. There is a large deck that opens up off of the living room with sweeping views of the mountains. The sunsets from the deck are incredible! We have a cosy gas fireplace and a good selection of board games available. We also have some kids toys and books available to keep the younger ones occupied! *First Floor Upstairs, there is a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and attached ensuite. The ensuite has two sinks and a large shower. There is also a deck off the master bedroom with a comfortable love seat and foot rests. The other two bedrooms (one queen bed and one with double bunks with a roll out trundle bed) are also upstairs. They have a main shared bathroom with a shower over bath. The washer and dryer are upstairs, as well as a fantastic office space where you can retreat to in order to get some work done. *Basement The basement is currently unfinished. There is concrete flooring in the basement for access to the outdoor patio and hot tub. Please do not use the basement unless you are accessing the hot tub. OUTSIDE: We have a walkout basement with a patio and private hot tub. You can look out to the magnificent Colorado sky at night, and catch some spectacular views. There is a lovely childrens' playground that is a 5 minute walk from the townhouse. Pictures shown in the "additional" photos. Garage: Our garage has "gravity grabbers" for you to store your ski / snowboard gear. We also have a couple of sleds available for guests to use. The property is in a fantastic location, close to so many wonderful outdoor activities. This is a dream for the avid adventurer - ski / snow board / mountain bike / kayak / paddle board / fly fishing / rec center. - 15 minutes to Winter Park - 15 minutes to Granby Ranch - 30 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park - 35 minutes to Grand Lake - 7 minutes to Pole Creek Golf Course *Please note that this is a newly constructed property. It was built in 2023. There are young trees / new grass in the area. There is still active construction in the neighborhood* Guest access Our entire townhome is available to guests. We offer self check-in, and will send instructions 48 hours prior to your stay. Other things to note *Parties / Events / Professional Photography There are no parties or events allowed at the rental. The property can not be used for professional photography. *Pets We do allow small and medium dogs, maximum of 2 per stay. We do not allow cats at this time. There is a small pet fee per stay to allow for additional cleaning. Please indicate whether you will be bringing pets so that we can ensure we leave out bowls / bedding. We ask that pets are not left alone on the property. Since they are in a new environment, they could get anxious if left alone, and are likely not to enjoy their stay. They are also more likely to be destructive if left unsupervised. Pets are not allowed on beds in the bedrooms. We will provide a dog bed for your pet to sleep on, or you may choose to bring your own. We have also provided bowls for food and water, as well as additional cleaning supplies. Please clean up after your pet. When taking your pet outside, please have them on a leash. Please always supervise them outside – we have had reports of a mountain lion chasing a neighborhood dog who was let out at night without supervision. We have provided some “poop bags” for you to pick up after your pet. Please pick up all dog poop and place it directly into the trash bin on the street so that you do not introduce additional unwanted smells into the property. There will be an additional fee charged by our cleaner, which we will pass on to you, if poop is not picked up. *Smoking / Vaping / E-cigarettes We have a strict non-smoking / vaping / e-cigarette policy. The property is managed by us - we have chosen not to use a management company in order to provide a more personalized experience.
