The complex has a community pool, well-kept gardens and common fountains, and is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing vacation at any time of the year, suitable for both families and couples. Guest access The pool and garden are for shared use; guests must respect the community rules for the common areas. During your stay We are a real estate agency in Nerja. We will not be present, but we are available Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm, except on holidays. Other things to note The building is located in Plaza de los Cangrejos, where you will find numerous restaurants and cafes. The pool is seasonal, open only in summer, and will currently be closed starting May 5th for approximately 10 days due to a recent malfunction, depending on weather conditions. Before you arrive, you will receive a message with instructions to check in online. In accordance with the current regulations on vacation rental, they must complete the details of all the people who will be staying. They will also be provided with the stay agreement, which they must sign electronically and where the reservation details will appear.
