So whatever brings you to Tampa please know that this quiet home has almost all the amenities needed to prepare a meal, wash and dry clothes, unwind and relax at the end of the day. The space The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac on a private road. Recently remodeled 2br 1 bath home with a fenced in yard and a deck overlooking Lutz Lake. Privacy fence installed on the North side provides privacy for visitors. Guest access Rental includes the entire house, driveway and carport. No need to walk across someone’s yard to access living space. Other things to note Fresh eggs from our chicken coop, next door, may be available to guests. Unfortunately, no guarantee on eggs daily. That’s entirely up to the hens.
