In this turn-of-the-century house, you will live quietly with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant vacation; indoor pool, tennis court, boules court, sauna, billiard room and a large terrace with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen (stovetop, grill and pizza oven). The space With a good 280 sqm, you get a cozy homey three-story house with access to toilet/shower on each floor. The accommodation can accommodate 13 guests (10 beds, two mattresses + a crib). - Entrance floor - Here you come through the main entrance directly to the kitchen with adjacent playroom with large area and access to toys. On the same floor, you have a nice dining room with space for 10 people (12 with the motto "where there is a heart room, there is a star room") Social room Large room with fireplace Bedroom 1 Cool bedroom with a 120 cm bed Bathroom 1 Toilet with shower - Sutterängplan - Here you will find an indoor pool with changing room, mini gym and sauna. Here you will also have access to a billiard room with a sleeping alcove (sofa bed 180 cm) and TV. From here you will come out on the pool deck with connection to the large dining area and outdoor kitchen. Washing machine, clothes dryer, drying room and toilet. - Upstairs - Here we have two nice balconies with morning sun and a TV room, two bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub.
