The space The house has six bedrooms, 4 located on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor, the 4 bedrooms on the first floor are suites, and the two bedrooms on the ground floor are combined with a bathroom! All rooms and suites have split air-conditioning and bedding. Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed and balcony; Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed; Bedroom 3: 1 double bed and balcony; Bedroom 4: 1 double bed; Bedroom 5 (ground floor): 1 double bed; Bedroom 6 (ground floor): 2 single beds; The house has 7 bathrooms, of which 5 have showers! We have 2 extra mattresses on the floor, and a crib. I only rent the entire place. The house is in a gated community, close to the beach, great for spending weekends or a season with family or friends. The minimum rental period on normal weekends is 3 (three) nights! The minimum rental period between Christmas and New Year's Eve is 15 (fifteen) nights!! The minimum rental period for Christmas is 7 nights, and you must check out on December 26! The minimum period for New Year's Eve only is 7 nights, starting on December 28th! Guest access Guests have access to all internal rooms in the house, except the maid's room and bathroom, and the tool shed! Other things to note At check-in, the house is delivered clean and tidy, at check-out, the house must be returned in the same clean and organized conditions! If the guest does not do so, a cleaning fee of R$1,000.00 will be charged, to be paid in cash at check-out. The amount related to water consumption will also be charged at check-out, considering the Embasa meter reading, between the difference between the entry and the exit, multiplied by the value of the Tariff of m3 of water consumed, and the electricity will be charged the amount of R$150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais), per night of accommodation, regardless of the consumption of electricity. The amounts for water and electricity consumption must be paid in cash or by Pix at the time of check-out, to Carlos, who will control this with the guests from check-in! We have a couple of Boxer dogs, the dogs are sweet and friendly, they are in an area at the back of the house, next to the ground floor rooms (rooms 5 and 6 combined) inside our yard, where there is a separation from the front of the house, with the caregiver especially for this purpose. If the guest wishes to remove the animals during the stay, an additional fee of R$700.00 (seven hundred reais) will be charged per day of lodging!
