Relax with the whole family at this chalet-style house. It is on the shore of Lake Témiscouata, with a small private beach with no neighbors on either side. We have a dock for swimming only. To relax, we have a small wood-burning fireplace 🪵 as well as everything you need in the house. Bike path and snowmobile trail 10 minutes away. The space We have 1 closed bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed and a connecting bathroom, 1 closed bedroom in the basement with 1 queen size bed, 1 open bedroom in the basement with 1 queen size bed. In the basement it has a shower room and on the main floor a full bathroom including washer, dryer (detergent not included) . Private beach on site. Barbecue available only in summer. Guest access You will have access to the entire house as well as the outside of the courtyard and the wonderful lake. On site there will be at your disposal 2 paddle boards and a kayak and a pedal boat. Life jackets will also be available for your safety (mandatory).
