Relax with your family in this chalet-style house. It is on the shore of Lake Témiscouata with a small private beach with no neighbors on either side. We have a dock to put a small boat or other during your stay. To relax we have a small wood fireplace 🪵 as well as everything you need in the house. Bike path, snowmobile trail 10 min away. You can also cross-country ski, or walk near the chalet (trail maintained by another owner) The space We have 1 closed bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed and a connecting bathroom, 1 closed bedroom in the basement with 1 queen size bed, 1 open bedroom in the basement with 1 queen size bed. In the basement it has a shower room and on the main floor a full bathroom including washer, dryer (detergent not included) . Private beach on the house site. We have a dock for small boat or other (no guarantee on our part for your equipment). BBQ grill only available in summer. Guest access You will have access to the entire house as well as the outside of the courtyard and the wonderful lake. On site there will be 2 paddle boards and a kayak and a pedal boat at your disposal. Life jackets will also be available for your safety (Mandatory) Other things to note The dock to put your boat is not under our responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that your boat is adequate and that the weather permits it. Otherwise, I suggest you take it out of the water at the Témiscouata marina on the lake in the Cabano sector if the temperature does not allow it. Also, you must put your boat in the water at the Témiscouata marina on the lake, informing yourself of the procedure to follow to be able to do so in compliance with the city's regulations.
