Bright & special apartment "Liegeplatz" by the marina

The Holzteichquartier is located in a quiet residential area next to the Museumswerft and the Museumshafen. There you will find restaurants and bars on the waterfront within walking distance. Further over a pedestrian bridge, the historic city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot with the market square and all the various shopping, medical practices and other offers for daily needs. In Neuenkirchen, 4 km away, there is a shopping mall. You can find more tips in my guidebook. The space Maritime, cozy, central and quiet. The covered balcony overlooks the Marina. The apartment is simple, stylish and not overloaded with high-quality as well as stable furniture. By default, the 55m²apartment is designed for 2 adults. In addition, 1 adult or 2 (small) children can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed (unfolded to 1.35 m x 2.00 m) in the living room. In the north-facing bedroom, you bed at 1.60 m x 2.00 m on a thick ecotex 7-zone pocket spring mattress with the hardness H2-H3. Pictures photographed on the walls matching the furnishings. There are two TVs of 32 inches with cable TV, one DAB+/ Bluetooth/USB/CD/radio music system. Fast Wi-Fi 100 Mbps. In the bathroom there is a shower bath, a large washbasin with integrated large mirror and plenty of storage space in the cabinets as well as on the shelf. Towel hook inside on the door. The radiator is a towel dryer at the same time. And this is also where you will find the Siemens washing machine. The entrance hallway with wardrobe and seating merges into the open but not visible bedroom area. The partition to the hallway was deliberately removed at the time to give the bedroom more airy size and all around a large built-in wardrobe with dressing mirror. The outer cabinet element is locked for private purposes, all other elements are freely usable. There are, among other things, the vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, beach shell, high chair, balcony furniture, safe (key on the keychain), additional blankets and seat cushions for the balcony chairs. Under the TV in the bedroom, all operating instructions for all electrical appliances are collected in the upper drawer. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are well integrated into the large living room. On the approx. 2 m x 3 m south-facing balcony, you can make yourself comfortable on chairs or the two relaxing loungers, have a cozy breakfast at the table and watch the returning boats in the marina. For a little greenery, there are 2 large baskets planted with beach oats. Bicycles can be parked safely in a lockable bicycle storage room. In Deichstraße, there is a public playground for the younger guests. Guest access Access is via a hallway staircase without an elevator. The apartment itself is at ground level. Other things to note ATTENTION CITY TAX: from 10/01/2025, an overnight stay tax of €3.00 per person per night applies (valid for persons over 18 years of age, children and adolescents free), which I must pass directly to the tax office.
