Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our two bedroom apt is located right across the street from Chautauqua Institution, and Chautauqua Lake. It’s a clean, spacious apartment with wonderful views. The winter is perfect for skiing, the area has great snowfall and nearby resorts. And the rest of the year enjoy the lake, the foliage and the institution. It’s our second home and we hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do. Other things to note No smokers are allowed on property. The condo association forbids smoking inside the units or anywhere on the property, No pets, and No extra large trucks or SUV’s.
