The space This stunning designer home is spread across four floors. It features a two-car garage, two opulent bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two additional half baths, and a gorgeous rooftop deck with unbeatable views of Castle Rock and the Front Range. The front door of the house opens to the first floor of the home, which includes a half bath, a coat closet, and access to the two-car garage. There is also a small desk and chair (a larger workspace can be found on the second floor). The main living area and kitchen are on the next floor, with a large walk-in pantry, a dedicated workspace, another half bathroom, and an outdoor balcony with chairs and a small fire pit. The living room features a big leather sectional with reclining seats and two comfortable lounge chairs. There is also a 65" LG 4K Smart TV with Roku. The kitchen is decked out with top-of-line fixtures and appliances, like a tap on/off sink, a large stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with an in-door ice maker and water dispenser, and a full-size dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, wine glasses, measuring cups, coffee cups, plates and bowls, toaster, air fryer, and more. An extra large, walk-in pantry provides tons of storage space. Next to the large walk-in pantry is a separate coffee bar, complete with a Keurig and electric kettle. Guests will continue up the stairs and find both bedrooms and a laundry closet on the third floor. The laundry closet has a high-efficiency front-load washer and dryer, an iron, and an ironing board, all available for use. The primary bedroom is as luxurious as a high-end hotel. It features a king-size Tempurpedic bed with an adjustable mattress incline and two remotes. There is also a large Smart TV with a Roku mounted to the wall. The private ensuite, double-vanity bathroom has a marble double-headed shower and an extra-large walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a plush full-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower. After one last set of stairs, guests will find one of the home's best features: the fantastic rooftop deck. Complete with a 6-person dining table, a large outdoor sectional couch, a gas fire pit, an outdoor TV, and a gas grill; the space is so amazing guests may not even notice the incredible views, at least not at first. The entry code expires after checkout and is changed after every stay for the safety of our guests. Guests have access to the entire home except for a couple of locked supply closets. Other things to note Location: This home could not have a better location for those looking to experience all that Castle Rock and Colorado have to offer. It truly provides the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. There are a variety of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Directly across from the house is a fantastic climbing gym (with yoga/fitness classes). A few blocks further is a park, a CVS, and a few bars & restaurants! Even the hospital is within walking distance, located about .5 miles from the house. For those who love retail therapy, the Castle Rock Outlet Mall is just down the street. What's more, nearly all of the major national retail stores (like Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) are all located within a quick 5-minute drive, at the most. Nature lovers rejoice- countless trails and hikes are close to the home and throughout Castle Rock. The Native Legend Trail is just a few blocks away!
