This beautiful five-bedroom Villa is situated on the Eastern plateau overlooking the fourth hole of the PGA National Golf Course. The extensive and landscaped garden area and it’s peaceful surroundings of the large pool area will mesmerize you… but the views breathtaking views of this property from the balconies on the first floor will leave every guest truly lost for words! The space On those family moments, during the day or in the evenings, show off your culinary skills by making the most of the built-in barbeque which makes outdoor cooking a delightful treat - or just laze around the pool or within the many little place within the gardens where you will can find a special spot to sit, relax and escape. The Villa is of a modern style but with a touch of traditional local stonework, offering true luxury and quality throughout. Upon entering the Villa, one senses immediately the brightness and open space and is welcomed by the large open plan lounge, which features two large comfortable cream colored fabric sofas, two blue armchairs to provide a pop of colors among the clean white wall backdrop. To the side is another lounge area with white leather sofa, leading towards the main dining area for 8 persons and further along to the kitchen area which also offers a smaller glass dining table for 4 persons with white fabric colored chairs. Its well-equipped kitchen offers all modern appliances, including the additional advantage of a dishwasher and a smaller kitchenette for added space and appliances. Leading off the lounge, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and large chest of drawers and an en suite shower conveniently located on the same floor, offers direct access to the outdoor pool area. Halfway up the staircase on the mezzanine level, a twin room, bedside tables with matching lamps and fitted wardrobes can be found complete with an en suite shower, single vanity unit and a toilet. Continuing upstairs to the first floor, the master bedroom and another twin bedroom are located either side of the landing, both of which offer the convenience of a private en suite (one en suite bath/shower and one shower). Both bedrooms boast beautiful wooden floors and French patio doors that lead off to a large balcony, where one may relish the magnificent gardens, pool and Golf Course views. From the ground floor, a second flight of steps can be found, leading downstairs to the basement where the fifth bedroom is located (double bedroom) again offering its own en suite WC/ shower. This property offers ample indoor but also outdoor space for anyone seeking a villa for a large group or family to enjoy all the little corners of the area it covers. ****** Check-in time: any time after 2.00pm Guests must visit the Holiday Rentals Reception for check-in and escort. Upon arrival, a credit card authorization is required. Arrivals after midnight and before 7.30am must collect their keys from the Security Gate at the entrance of Aphrodite Hills Resort. Property Details All properties are well equipped and include linen, bath and pool towels. All properties are privately owned and decorated and furnished to the owners’ individual taste. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom (except infants in baby cot). The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. No pets allowed. Some of our swimming pools can also be heated. Should you require the pool to be heated, there is an extra cost depending on the pool size and fuel consumption and should be requested upon booking. CLEANING OPTIONS • Tidy-up of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, prepare beds, dusting. Guests staying in a Premium Serviced Apartment, will receive the ‘Tidy-Up’ in their property daily. • Mid-Stay Clean of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, change linen, detailed dusting, and patio cleaning. All properties receive the ‘Mid-Stay Clean’ in their property daily on the 3rd or 4th day, typical for a 7 night stay. • Full sets of pool and bath towels are provided in each property on arrival. These are replenished on the mid-stay cleaning. Other Resort facilities include the Aphrodite Hills Rentals Kids Club and Playground, a Tennis Academy, a Golf Academy, a Soccer Academy, a Basketball court, a Horse-Riding Club, Cycling Centre and The Retreat Spa. On site an ATM Cash Machine, Medical Centre and a Pharmacy are available. Aphrodite Hills Rentals guests also have exclusive access to the Guest Reception and Lounge area and its facilities.
