The space The building is a classic, category-rated construction in French style, featuring a main entrance, a service entrance (with two lifts), concierge service, and two apartments per floor. It offers centralized hot water supply and air heating. The apartment spans 120 m2 and features parquet floors throughout. It comprises a spacious living room and a separate dining room (which could potentially be used as a third bedroom) with French balconies overlooking Juncal Street. The kitchen includes a dining area and provides access to a laundry area and a service room with a bathroom. A large corridor with wardrobes leads to two spacious bathrooms with bathtubs, as well as two bedrooms with balconies overlooking a bright internal courtyard. The apartment comes fully equipped with appliances, including a fridge with freezer, washing machine, LED TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet connection. In addition, it features a convenient laundry area and a service bathroom, allowing guests to take care of their laundry and enjoy greater comfort during their stay. Other things to note In order to ensure the security of the condominium and provide peace of mind during your stay, we kindly request that you send the identification documents of all guests within two days prior to check-in. Additionally, upon arrival, we will ask you to sign a temporary lease agreement in compliance with current laws. Please note that the usual check-in time is between 10:00 and 20:00, and check-out should be completed before 13:00. These hours allow us to adequately prepare the accommodation for each stay. If you need to check in or check out outside of these hours, an additional fee of 20 USD will apply.
