Our vacation home with modern comfort on the South Styrian Wine Route is ideal for anyone looking to discover the best of South Styria. Whether you want to take a bike or hiking tour through the rolling hills of the vineyards or explore the diverse gastronomy of the region, you've come to the right place. After an eventful day, you can refresh yourself in the on-site pool and enjoy the peace and privacy. The space Our house includes an entire living space of about 100 m² on the ground and upper floor and offers space for up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom as well as an open living and dining area. Attached to the living and dining area, you can access the 24 m² covered sun terrace. The pool area with lounging area is accessed by stairs from the terrace. The windows and patio door of the property are equipped with insect screens. Ground floor: - entrance area, - Anteroom with shoe closet and wardrobe - Toilet with wash basin - Bathroom with walk-in shower - Staircase to the upper floor - Fully equipped kitchen with seating alcove - Spacious living and dining area - Access to the terrace Upper floor: - Anteroom with ceiling air conditioning for the entire living space - Toilet with wash basin - Master bedroom (bed size 200 x 200 cm) with TV, French balcony and adjoining walk-in dressing room - 2nd bedroom (bed size 180x200cm) with wardrobe Outside space: - Pool 8x4 m (seasonal) - Lounge area with umbrella and 4 deck chairs - Covered sun terrace with outdoor dining table for up to 8 people as well as a sun lounger for 2 persons - Extra-large carport Guest access The entire place is available to our guests. They use the cottage absolutely private and exclusive. All areas as well as the pool are just for our guests. Ideal for couples, friends and/or families up to a maximum of 4 people. Note: Due to the structural conditions – in particular an unsecured pool and stairways without additional barriers – the accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Other things to note Pool operation: Our pool is available to you during the warmer months – the operation depends on the seasonal weather conditions. Kitchen equipment: For your convenience, our vacation home is equipped with dishes, a dishwasher and other kitchen equipment. There is everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. Bedding and towels: To make you feel at home, we provide you with fresh bedding and towels. You don't have to worry about the basics – we've got everything ready for you. NESPRESSO coffee maker: For coffee lovers we offer a NESPRESSO coffee maker of the type "De Longhi Lattissima Pro". Enjoy your morning coffee with the comfort of a high-quality coffee maker. 4 capsules are included per stay. You can easily purchase additional capsules from us on site so you can start your day with an aromatic coffee. We want to make sure your stay with us is unforgettable.
