The space The entire Château and its 11 rooms are fully privatized for your stay, ensuring total exclusivity. This privatization includes access to the entire estate (approx. 600 sqm): The Layout & Living Spaces • The Arrival: As you enter the grand hall, feel free to play a few notes on our magnificent piano. • Ground Floor: Discover a suite of three adjoining lounges (38 sqm each) featuring sumptuous and refined decor. These intimate spaces, adjacent to the winter garden, offer a stunning view of the park. • Dining: Share your meals with family or friends in our ceremonial dining room, featuring a magnificent Lalique table that can accommodate 12 guests. • Access: Reach the upper floors via the splendid staircase or the elevator, which serves the suites, rooms, and our "Lavoir" reception hall. This 53 sqm prestige lounge opens onto the vineyard, can host up to 35 people, and provides access to the Château's large outdoor terrace. The Accommodations (11 En-suite Bedrooms) • The Suites (Rooms 1, 2 & 3): Three spacious suites (Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien, Saint-Vincent) located on the 1st and 2nd floors. They feature King-size beds, lounge areas with flat-screen TVs, walk-in closets, and bathrooms with bathtubs (plus a shower for Saint-Estèphe). • Superior Rooms (Rooms 4 & 5): The "Fronsac" and "Médoc" rooms (1st floor) each feature a Queen-size bed and a built-in standard double bed (perfect for 1 adult or 2 children), with bathtub, shower, and separate toilets. • Classic Rooms (Rooms 6, 7, 8 & 9): "Margaux" (ADA accessible with walk-in shower), "Sauternes", "Loupiac", and "Moulis". All feature Queen or King-size beds (convertible to twins upon request) and en-suite bathrooms. • Attic Rooms (Rooms 10 & 11): "Graves" and "Pomerol" are located on the 3rd floor, featuring Queen-size beds with private showers and separate toilets. Capacity & Services • Total Capacity: Up to 22 adults in double occupancy, or up to 26 guests depending on the room configuration (suites with extra beds). A personalized rate can be offered for groups of fewer than 22 travelers. • Included Services: Buffet breakfast and daily housekeeping are included for your absolute comfort. • Important: Kitchen access is permitted only in the presence of our housekeeper. • Outdoors: Private access to the heated pool (seasonal), tennis court, and terraces set within our 14 hectares of Grand Cru vines. Guest access • Estate Life: The Château is a working winery. Wine tastings or professional events may take place in the park or cellars during the day. Our boutique is open from 9 AM to 6 PM for your wine purchases. • Common Areas: Guests have full access to the lounges, dining rooms, terraces, pergola, fitness room, tennis court, and heated pool (open from May to September). • Services: Breakfast is included (coffee, tea, pastries, cereals, cheese, cold cuts, eggs). Daily housekeeping is provided. Note: Kitchen access is permitted only when our housekeeper is present. • Amenities: Elevator, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi. Strictly non-smoking. No pets allowed. • Parking & Mobility: Free parking near the park. A "drop-off" point in front of the main entrance is available for check-in/out. EV charging stations are available upon request. A car is highly recommended for exploring the Saint-Émilion area.
