Welcome to our family retreat seconds from the golf course, slopes, and main resort! Enjoy the peace of mind when staying away from the crowds in your own, private, luxurious condo. We utilize professional housekeeping services between every visit. The space Our retreat is the only three-bedroom condo in the Northgate community of Peek'N Peak Resort and Spa. Your home away from home awaits and no matter the season, the woodsy setting will help you escape the daily grind. The master bedroom, complete with a king-size, ultra-comfortable bed and master bathroom, promises breathtaking and memorable views and a luxurious rest and recovery after a day of sporting activities. The second bedroom, also with its own full bathroom, has a bunkbed with a full-size bed on the bottom. The third room holds a twin bunk bed with a hidden twin trundle. Upper bunks are to accommodate children only. Our retreat comfortably sleeps 9 (a max of 6 adults + children). Televisions in the living room and master bedroom are equipped with both cable and Roku devices. The Peak offers a multitude of dining experiences on property (vary by season) plus several take-out options. If you're not up for dining out, our retreat provides a full stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a gourmet breakfast, simple lunch, or big family dinner. Just add the food! While we'd never wish laundry upon anyone on vacation, you'll love our full-size washer and dryer for those times when you need to get those ski clothes cleaned up before heading out to the slopes! There is plenty of closet space for all your gear and supplies. Parking is available (uncovered) right outside of the unit. There is a 2-car max limit. Extra parking can be found in the parking lot at the bottom of the hill. Remote entry available upon arrival. Host is available through AirBnB. In emergency situations, property management at the resort can also assist. And now for the fun! SPRING, SUMMER, & FALL: Check out the championship-caliber, par-72 course with yardages ranging from 4,800 to 7,000 yds that accommodates players of all skill levels with 5 teeing options. The Upper Course at Peek'N Peak features bentgrass greens and fairways that offer professional playing conditions. (See Peek'N Peak website for rates.) For the adventure seekers, try out the giant zip line or the Searing Eagle Zip Line experience, the ropes course, or take a ride on a Segway, play some mini-golf, or just sit back and enjoy a ride through the rolling hills on the chair lifts. WINTER: Peek'N Peak offers 26 trails and slopes of varying difficulty levels and 5 separate terrain parks. Enjoy ski-in and ski-out access from our retreat. Snow tubing is also a family favorite! Please ensure you fully understand our cancellation policy which can be found in your reservation details. Even the best laid out plans can change; we strongly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment. Our cancellation policy is very flexible but once we get past the non-refundable date, we are out of options. We do not refund on cancellations due to Mother Nature being uncooperative or if resort amenities aren't available.
