This lakefront 2 bedroom apartment is near many wine trails, casinos, premium outlet mall, Mackenzie-Child, Wells College, public boat launch, laundromat & local grocery store. So much to do or just do nothing at all, your choice... The space This apartment was designed as an guest/ recreation apartment. It has 2 bedrooms with comfy queen size beds in each room. The bathroom has a full size tub and shower. The bar/kitchen has all the necessities except a stove but it has a microwave/convention oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric griddle, pots & pans, plates & glassware. Gas BBQ grill is also provided. There is a dining table with seating for 4 people. The recreation area has high top bar seating for 6 and a pingpong/pool table. We have several board games & puzzle for any raining afternoons. This unit has 2 living rooms with SMART TVs with access to WIFI and spectrum tv and plenty of seating & sleeping space. Guest access All guests are welcome to use outdoor space. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times as we do not have fencing and the lake is accessible to all. Other things to note Property is not ADA compliant. At this time we are unavailable to accept any reservation that has a pet, emotional or service animal due to a severe allergy.
