The villa is located in a small lotissement with 6 houses, hidden from the hustle and bustle. The space The villa was built in 2007 by my father for his 70th birthday on an area of approx. 250 m2. The house has been used mainly by the family for the last 15 years, but now it has become too big and we have decided to divide it into different parts: A private area, an apartment and a villa. That's why either the apartment or the whole villa with the pool is rented out. The private part is not rented out. The house is set in a large Corsican garden and you can enjoy the view over the Gulf of Porto Vecchio out to the open sea. The garden is illuminated, as is the pool. Angela Guest access Our guests can use the whole accommodation, the accommodation is built around the pool area and 2 rooms even have direct access to the pool. The view is magical, you can see over the whole gulf of Porto Vecchio but also the open sea. The sunrise is spectacular and can be watched directly from the villa. The first two bedrooms are connected by a door and share a bathroom. Both rooms have their own walk-in closet. The house is set in a large garden and has parking for 3-4 cars. Other things to note The whole house is equipped with very triple-glazed insulated windows and integrated mosquito nets and electric shutters. The house has 4 bedrooms, all bedrooms have direct access to a bathroom. The two rooms by the pool are also connected by a door and share the bathroom. Both have a walk-in closet. There is a ceiling fan and air conditioning in all rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedding is also very comfortable. There are various dining tables/areas: in the morning you can have breakfast on the balcony, enjoy an aperitif in the lounge by the pool and dinner barbeque on the pool deck with fantastic views. For the safety of children and the use of the pool, we offer a key to close the pool with an electric pool cover, for a deposit of 500 euros. Please ask us for details before your arrival. There are bath towels for the bathrooms (white) and colored ones for the pool. Beach towels must be brought privately. Airports: The nearest airport is Figari. Without a car nothing works in Corsica and it is best to book it directly from the airport. Figari to the house is about 30 min. Cats: The house is located in a rural area, so it has many native animals as well as cats. We have a small population around the house which are fed by us. Some are hand tame but most of them are very shy. Please do not let the animals into the house, thank you. Boats come directly and almost daily to Porto Vecchio. Porto Vecchio to the house is 15 minutes. The beaches here are not very crowded in the summer months. There are many beach restaurants, activities and rentals, especially in Saint Cyprien.
