The entire upper level is spacious and well appointed, and includes a family/sitting room with fireplace, equipped with a LG 4k 77” TV, Apple TV, and Sonos sound bar. Also featured, is a separate powder room, dining room, and a gourmet-style kitchen island that leads to the private Trex deck. Relax and lounge, while you engage in nature’s beauty of chirping birds, swaying trees, and mountain views. Expansive windows allow for a fresh breeze, with lush greens giving a magical treehouse feel. You can’t help but notice the peaceful scenery of Middle Peak ⛰️ and Cuyamaca Peak (6,515’) ⛰️. The lower level offers a master suite with a King size bed and 65” LG 4k TV (and Apple TV), a guest bedroom/also furnished with a King size bed, (each room includes a private bath).
