Short way to the city center (15 min by tram/bus), walking distance to Sollerudstranden and Skøyen with shops and cafes. The house is a townhouse on a cozy street, with a terrace facing a backyard with a small playground for children. Here you can enjoy the silence! Here you can make a latte, put on music on the Sonos system and lie out to sunbathe. The sun is from 12-7 pm on the terrace:)
