Please conserve electricity and water. We encourage you to turn off all appliances when not in use especially when leaving the house. Air-conditioning units should not run for 24 hours to avoid damage and surge of bills (please consider that our rates are affordable) 2. For those who love and would love to try Durian please have it eaten in the area provided outside as not all guests like the smell of this scrumptious fruit. 3. We respectfully ask that only declared guests access the property. Please be advised that a security camera providing a clear view of the entry and parking area has been installed as an added layer of security and protection for both parties. Air Cover (Airbnb’s Insurance policy) only works for guests declared on the reservation. Thank you. 4. Please take care of our unit and its belonging as if it’s yours. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Loss and missing items e.g. towels, linens and other fixtures will be charged to the registered guest up to 20,000 pesos depends on the losses/damage. 5. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, pots and pans after use. 6. Quiet time around 10pm til 6am. Kindly avoid shouting and talking loud in the hallway and lobby during the specific time as a respect to our neighbours. 7. Ensure that the unit is reasonably clean and orderly before you leave. Excessive dirt and mess to our home will incur to an additional cleaning fee of P700-P1000 depends on how much extra time it took us to clean. Shoes should be placed near the door. This just creates a better and cleaner experience for everyone. 8. No hair dying in the unit to avoid stains and damage on the linens and towels or bathroom tiles and fixtures. Any damage caused due to stains will be charged accordingly. 9. High Speed Internet Access is provided as a courtesy and free amenity from a well known carrier. In the event of service interruption caused by weather, network traffic, or carrier, you agree by checking in to your reservation that you are not entitled to, nor will you seek compensation of any kind, including partial or complete refunds for any such interruption. 10. The road is a little bit narrow ( Welcome to the Philippines 😅) and shared with our only neighbor. Please be courteous and have patience sometimes will be busy. We also offer parking at our next property (less than one-minute walking distance ) ( gated and with CCTV camera ) 11. For longer stays of 10 to 15 days or a month, a cleaning service will be automatically sent on the 7th day of your stay at an additional fee of 650 pesos per cleaning and bedsheet changing, pillowcases & towels. 12. If you wish to get extra cleaning service aside from the set schedules during your stay (short-term or long-term stay), the same rate of 650 pesos cleaning fee applies. 13. We do video inventory every check-in and check-out to protect our guests and vice versa.
